It’s true. She was reluctant, but today was her second day and, even though a few tears were shed, it’s all she can talk about. And, I can tell that she is proud that she did it all by herself. This was Monday…

A pre-preschool hot chocolate(yes, it’s already that time of year here). A note that she totally dressed herself and would NOT turn her hat around.

Waiting to go inside…

The hat…the hair…Georgia listening to her teacher.

And, painting me a picture. A full day. This past week or so has been a pretty big adjustment for our household. Bob and I are used to running around and doing whatever we want. It is finally clear that we now have to bend to their schedules. Hockey, ballet, school…and Starbucks![]()
ETA: Bob wants to say that we haven’t gotten to do whatever we want for some time…what I meant was, we have always just taken off for Edmonton(home) or to the mountains(not as much as we’d like), but now things are so crazy with kid things that I think that might slow down a bit!

These are great Dana….wish I had pictures of my kids preschool days.
SO adorable, Dana. I wonder where she gets her independent streak and fabulous style?
That is the cutest outfit, backwards hat and all! How funny too about the hot cocoa before preschool… she’s starting early! LOL! Love the images!!
