I’m BAAAAA-AAACK!!!

Just thought I’d mention it!! Home from my amazing holiday where my kids camped and hiked and made campground friends like troupers. And, we got to reconnect with two of our closest friends. And each other. To celebrate(and because I have been neglecting my blog in a major way), I am going to attempt to blog every day this week…Starting today…with four snapshots from our holiday. These first two shots were taken in the near dark with campfire light as my only lightsource. I LOVE MY CAMERA.

We did an amazing hike for kids called Ptarmigan Cirque which starts from Highwood Pass(the highest paved road in Canada). It is steep so it gives them a good taste of what hiking is all about, but short and very rewarding. Especially right now with all the wild flowers blooming in the huge alpine meadow. It was AWESOME!!!

ahhhhhhh, summer in the mountains! Love that you used the last bit of light, I tend to be hesitant with that limited light! I’ll be giving it a try around our campfire this weekend!!! Thanks Dana, welcome back!
