You knew there had to be some, right?

• The Creative Fee is due upon scheduling to reserve your spot. If the fee has not been received within one week of scheduling, the spot will be made available to others.
• Your gallery is active for 3 days. A $75 fee is required to extend it.
• After 30 days, the files for all ordered images will be stored for one year. All other files will be purged from our system.
• If you need to reschedule due to illness or other unforseen incidents, please give as much notice as possible. Should you need to cancel your session, the creative fee is only refundable if a minimum of 30 days notice has been given. Otherwise, the creative fee is nonrefundable.
• Full payment is required upon ordering.
• All images remain the sole copyright of Dana Pugh and Short and Sweet Photography. We reserve the right to use them in our advertising or on our website. The purchasing of digital files is solely for personal use. Images taken by Dana cannot be used in competitions, editorial or commercial work without her written consent. As images are protected by Federal Copyright laws, it is unlawful to reproduce them in any and all manners–including, but not limited to, scanning, screen capture, photocopy. Thank you for respecting Dana’s livelihood.
