EveryoneIncluding the groom’s dad, photographer Gordon Scade, who tagged along and took pictures of us taking pictures.

These two wonderful people again To give themselves more time on their wedding day to do other stuff(like have fun and party with their guests), they chose to do the bulk of their portraits the following day. This allowed us as photographers to give them two sets of images with completely different feels. Plus, we were not worrying about time constraints(except for the fading sun) and they were not worrying about if the donuts arrived and got put out or if the twinkling lights were up and ready to work or if it was going to rain(or any other number of worries one has on their wedding day). It was just a relaxing couple of hours where they got to rest in each other’s arms and finally stop to breathe. To take it all in. While we photographed them

The other photographer that day, my friend Alicia Price, noted in her blog post that we all went forward with our hearts those two days. I felt like we were a team creating images together. How truly lucky to have such an intimate relationship with a couple before their wedding day so that this kind of chemisty can happen. It truly was my complete joy to photograph them. We are all beautiful, loved and blessedHow lucky are we???
