Calgary’s Future Adventure Traveller…

This session was super sweet for me. It took place in a house literally down the street from the place where we lived when we were in this same time in our life. At home adjusting to life with our little boy. AND, I got to see some amazing photos and hear some pretty cool stories about this couple’s travels. Antartica–seriously?! Who’s been there? Safari in Africa–check. Oh yes, and we were married in Costa Rica. Right….so guess what this guy will be doing in a few years…no doubt
I love these two images of mom and dad with babe…

PS…July is officially full. August has one…maybe two spots left. Then we’re on to September…just keeping ya all in the loop!
Fishing, Marshmallows and Fun…
I’m so behind in my own personal images that in my spare time, I am desperately trying to catch up. I’m so close to being finished the pictures from the camping trip I took with my kids and my mom’s group that I can almost guarantee that I’ll have a slideshow for everyone in the next couple of days! I know, I know, you’ve probably all forgot about how much fun we had already, but let me refresh your memory with some portraits of some seriously happy campers…
I shouldn’t give away all my favorites like that, but I couldn’t help it.

And, a favorite recent image of mine. Last night, a friend of mine actually asked me what was up–why haven’t I been updating? Well, it’s summer!!! Something had to slip! And, it wasn’t going to be my daily trip to Starbucks!! Sorry, to my loyal blog readers who expect more from me. I have some great stuff booked for July, so hang in there! There should be lots of images to share real soon. I hope this one tides you all over
So, who’s blog to showcase today? I believe in tit for tat
so earlier this week when my friend, Kathy McCloy linked me on her blog, I knew I had to return the favor. I’ve been thinking about posting her for a bit now and today seems like the perfect day. She is VERY pregnant and would like us all to send her positive vibes to birth this baby. Not just a baby–a modern day miracle. You must read her miracle story on her blog. I dare you not to shed a happy tear or two. We met in San Francsico and I love how you can hear her talk when you read her writing. She REALLY is that much fun!!! And her images are pretty great, too! Best of luck, Kathy!!!
