I know…it’s past supper time and I’m just posting. Forgive me. Things are slipping
It’s natural because this week has been insane! The good news is I got a hair cut. And, if you had seen me recently you would be nodding your head in agreement.
So, who to tell you all about. I’ve decided today to post about Amy Smith as lately I have found her work particularly inspiring…hope you all do as well…
oh…this image I think is soooo funny, I just had to share
Thanks for stopping by. Someone told me that they commented and it didn’t show up. If it didn’t, then I didn’t get it. I hope there wasn’t a huge comment issue! Argh. Get your comments in for a shot at a $50 i-tunes card.

This post is for Aunt Joyce. I’m sure that there are some people who don’t call her that, but none of them were at the Pugh Homestead this past weekend. We were there…cheering madly when she spoke to the crowd at the auction. Happy to hear that her bit of bad news might not be as bad as we all thought
Wish you were there Aunt Joyce! See you in three years!
They really spiffed the place up and it looked fabulous as 185 Pugh’s descended like the descendents they are! There were some Haugrud’s as well(including Uncle Olav and Barry!!!). This is a special place–almost 100 years old. A house where someone told me Aunt Betty recalled Tommy Douglas visiting. If you are Canadian, take a moment and soak that in! ![]()

They got rid of all the farm equipment before everyone arrived, but I just liked this shot ![]()

Look at friendly Aunt Ilo working the registration booth! Her worst nightmare came true–she lost her voice at a family reunion! Not to fear, she got it back and had lots to say once she did ![]()

This is my little Pugh jumping on the trampoline. The kids loved that thing. The kids–young and old. Unfortunately, the old ones were a bit heavy and ended the fun on the last night ![]()

A little of this(look at Aunt Edna with her great grandson…how cute is that?)

The cousin shot. In front of the old house. What a wonderful weekend. Wish you could have been there, Aunt Joyce! Get better fast

A long awaited sneak peek for a patient family in Saskatoon. Yay! I hated making them wait so long so they get a big sneak peek. You never know what you’re gonna get in one of my sneak peeks. Sometimes more traditional stuff…sometimes, well, sometimes not so much. The image above is a more traditional type shot of mine that I had to include because the expression on his face fills me with joy. Isn’t he the cutest? Well…today I feel a little more comfortable sharing some of my more artistic type shots because their mom is an artist. An etsy artist–the Charm Lady How did she find me you might ask? Well, if you not a regular reader you might not realize that I have a slight etsy addiction. In fact, while looking up her shop to paste the link here in my blog, I got sidetracked and almost bought a ring. Hmmm….I might have to go back. The nice thing is she has actually made me some pendants with my own images on them. If you buy a jpeg from me, you might consider having her make you one
Sooo…on with the sneak peek…

AYKM? That is online speak for ‘are you kidding me?’…seriously…isn’t this so beautiful?! And, to think, there was a tornado watch on that evening!!!

This is what I mean by more artistic…
Lovin’ the sunflare!!!

Uh hello childhood?
Having never ~ahem~ had a wedding they don’t have any images of the two of them. Hope this solves that issue.

And, a less than perfect image. Yes, there is soooo much wrong with this. I know, I know…it’s blurry. But, if you are a regular reader, aside from the etsy thing, you will know that I am in search of the perfect swing image…this is pretty dang close to me. I can just feel my 6 year old self getting ready to jump off! Love it…just catching up! Glad to get this out to this wonderful family!!!
